In the present article, the effect of mixed convection on thermo-hydraulic behaviors of Al۲O۳-water nanofluid flowing in a vertical channel is studied for physical applications. A novel meshless scheme is utilized for solving the problem’s equations and also the approximate solutions will be obtained for temperature and velocity functions. For heat transfer investigation, the values of Nusselt number at both of hot and cool walls are evaluated under influences of different Brinkman number and nanoparticle concentration. Also the impacts of Grashof number and Reynolds number on dimensionless distribution of temperature and velocity will be discussed. The result indicates that the Nusselt number at hot wall decreases by increasing the Brinkman number. In addition, from the results, raising the nanofluid volume fraction leads to reduce the velocity profile when the Brinkman number is constant.
