چکیده مقاله:

Pediatric emergency care faces unique challenges during natural disasters and pandemics, where systemic vulnerabilities and social determinants disproportionately affect children’s health outcomes. This study evaluates the efficacy of novel triage protocols, telemedicine integration, and community-based training programs in improving pediatric emergency response during crises. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected from ۱۵ emergency departments in disaster-prone regions and during the COVID-۱۹ pandemic. Results indicate a ۴۰% reduction in response time and a ۲۵% improvement in patient outcomes when adaptive protocols were implemented. The integration of real-time data analytics and mobile health technologies further enhanced situational awareness and resource allocation. However, disparities persisted in low-resource settings, underscoring the need for equity-focused interventions. This research concludes that a hybrid model combining technological innovation, staff training, and community engagement significantly strengthens pediatric emergency resilience. Recommendations include policy reforms to standardize crisis-response frameworks and prioritize child-specific needs in global health agendas.
