چکیده مقاله:
There are many factors that influence the creation of job stress, which can originate from different aspects of the work environment. One of the main factors of job stress is heavy workload. When employees are faced with the amount of tasks and the number of projects in a limited period of time, the pressures and job stress caused by this high workload can increase quickly. Another influencing factor on job stress is time pressure. Limited and tight time to complete tasks and projects can increase job stress. Time pressure may lead to a decrease in the quality of work, an increase in errors, and a feeling of inability to cope with the schedule of activities. Also, the sociability of the work environment can play an important role in creating job stress. Relationships between colleagues, bosses or social pressures such as subtle competition may put additional pressure on employees and increase job stress. These factors indicate the complexity and challenges of the work environment, which play an important role in creating and intensifying occupational stress.
