Classics' attempt to define job satisfaction was started in ۱۹۲۵ by Hapak. Although some studies had already been done in this field, but due to the dispersion and conceptual incoherence of these studies, they did not produce positive and comprehensive results. Hapak warned of the difficulty of formulating a complete definition due to the limited information available at the time on job satisfaction. Despite this, he defined job satisfaction as a combination of psychological, physiological and environmental factors that make a person say "I am satisfied with my job". Hapak says that job satisfaction is a complex and multidimensional concept that is related to psychological, social and physical factors. Only one working person feels satisfied with his job at a certain moment of time and tells others that he is satisfied with his job and enjoys it. And the benefit of employment at different times makes one feel job satisfaction in different ways. Basically, there are many factors that are effective in job satisfaction and they cannot be limited to one or more factors. In his daily work, man deals with people, materials, and equipment, each of which in turn contributes greatly to satisfaction or dissatisfaction. In the conducted studies and investigations, it is seen that factors such as salaries and benefits, welfare facilities, cooperation and friendship between employees, relationship between bosses and subordinates, trust in the board of directors, provision of job requirements, competence and competence of managers, efficiency of affairs administrative, adequate and correct communication, social base and recognition of work value, work stability, work relations, matching the specific goals of employees with the goals of the organization, working conditions and environment, opportunity for growth and promotion, policy and how to manage the affairs of the organization, discipline and discipline. At work, communication with colleagues, job security, success at work and appreciation for doing work are effective in employees' morale and job satisfaction.
