Tetralin, as a novel aviation liquid fuel, suffers from low electrical conductivity and causes some hazards during industrial processes. The transfer process of the organic liquid with low electrical conductivity in an L-shaped tube was simulated in this research with COMSOL software. The effect of changes in velocity, fluid temperature, and conductivity on the amount of static electricity generated was assessed. The results were compared with experimental results and the Minimum Ignition Energy (MIE) of tetralin. By increasing the velocity of the fluid to more than ۲ m/s, the accumulated charge exceeded the ۵۰% MIE of tetralin. Increasing the temperature enhanced the generated electrostatic energy and decreased the MIE.Tetralin, Static electricity, Antistatic, COMSOL
