چکیده مقاله:

This study numerically explores the geometric influence on heat transfer in microchannels. Three different cross-sectional designs—triangular and two variations of trapezoidal—are analyzed through numerical modeling. A water-based alumina nanoparticle suspension is employed as the coolant. A key practical application of this research is enhancing the cooling performance of electronic components like CPUs. The finite volume method is used to solve the governing fluid flow equations. To ensure accuracy, the simulation results are validated against existing experimental data, showing strong agreement. The findings indicate that the shape of the channel significantly affects the thermal performance of microchannels.
