چکیده مقاله:

Following remarkable advancements in stem cell science, innovative applications of this technology in burn wound treatment have become one of the most advanced and promising areas in medicine. This paper examines recent progress in the use of stem cells, particularly induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), in accelerating the healing process of burn wounds. iPSCs, with their extraordinary tissue regeneration capabilities and lack of cellular rejection risk, have significantly contributed to the repair of burn wounds. These cells can generate various types of skin cells and other tissues, thus minimizing the problems associated with hypertrophic scars. Additionally, recent research has shown that preconditioning and labeling of adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) under hypoxic conditions can remarkably reduce the healing time of acute acid burn wounds, decreasing the recovery period from ۲۴.۶ days to ۱۹.۸ days. A systematic review of the studies conducted indicates that stem cell treatments have brought significant improvements in both the appearance and microscopic healing of burn wounds, although results in some aspects, such as vascular regeneration and collagen formation, may vary. Furthermore, novel trends such as the use of exosomes and genetic modification methods, coupled with advanced pre-treatments, have shown promising results in animal models and hold great potential for major advances in the treatment of burn wounds and other tissue injuries. This paper, based on the latest research and cutting-edge techniques, explores the crucial role of stem cells in improving burn wounds and analyzes advanced strategies in this field, aiming to highlight the advantages and limitations of these methods compared to traditional treatments
