Comparing the Effectiveness of the Combination of Echinacea Calendula Officinalis and Chamomile on Surgical Wounds in Rats

Background and Objective: Speeding up the wound healing process is important. The aim of the study was to compare the effects chamomile of and Echinacea, calendula cream on surgical wound healing in rats. Materials And Methods: ۳۲ male rats were divided into four groups of ۸: control, chamomile Cream, Echinacea, calendula cream, and Oserin. Wound area and histopathological findings were examined and compared on days ۰, ۳, ۷, ۲۱ and ۷ and ۲۱, respectively. Results: There was no difference between the groups on the wound area on the third day, but on the ۷th day, there was a significant difference (P=۰.۰۲۰).
