چکیده مقاله:
Every person may deal with wounds and injuries many times during their life. In this article, a new method for faster healing of wounds and injuries without sutures is presented using fibrin polymer as a polymer base and bio-adhesive and natural nanoparticles as antibacterial, anesthetic and speeding up the healing process. The investigated nanomaterials include curcumin, edocin, cocaine, quercetin and chrysin. Each of these nanomaterials is obtained from natural materials such as turmeric, garlic, honey and tree leaves. Nanoparticles are prepared in the laboratory from the active ingredients of natural materials, are combined with fibrinogen and are used in an active form with the help of thrombin enzyme. The use of human protein and natural nanomaterials in the design will result in the maximum adaptation of the body, the least possible side effects and high speed in the treatment. This proposed material has two important advantages over similar suture remover products; Its most important advantage is the use of nanomaterials, which speeds up the healing process due to its high surface-to-volume ratio, and another advantage is its various methods of use according to the extent of the injury. In general, other biological adhesives such as aloe vera-based plant polymers and other natural and chemical nanomaterials that are effective in accelerating the wound healing process can also be used, which are suggested for future projects
