چکیده مقاله:

A wound is defined as any disruption or damage to living tissue, particularly skin, mucous membranes, or internal organs. Wounds heal through a series of stages: hemostasis (stopping the bleeding), inflammation, proliferation (tissue formation), and remodeling. Infection is a significant risk associated with wounds, particularly open wounds. Chronic wounds present numerous challenges for healthcare providers, patients, and the overall healthcare system. Postbiotics are non-viable bacterial products or metabolic byproducts produced during fermentation by probiotics. They include substances like cell wall components, short-chain fatty acids, and other metabolites that can exert beneficial effects on the host without the presence of live microorganisms. In this study, we consider the effect of Pediococcus acidilactici strain B۲۷-۱ postbiotic on normal human skin fibroblast cell line.
