چکیده مقاله:
Nanotechnology is one of the emerging branches of science that has wide applications in medical science and especially tissue engineering. This systematic review aimed to describe the advances in applications of nanotechnology in tissue engineering and wound management. The work has been performed by assessing in the selected studies tissue engineering and wound healing based on nanotechnology. The protocol was developed following the Preferred Reporting for Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses-Protocols (PRISMA-P) guidelines. A multistep search of the PubMed, MEDLINE, Scopus database, and google scholar databases has been performed to identify papers on nanotechnology, wound, wound healing, wound engineering, bio-particle, micro-particle. Of the ۱۲۵۳ articles initially identified, ۲۱۳ articles focusing on nanotechnology in wound management were selected and, consequently, only ۱۱۵ articles that apparently related to the aim of this study were analyzed. Of these Only ۳۸ original articles which strictly and exclusively focused on wound management. The included studies had to match predetermined criteria according to the PICOS (patients, intervention, comparator, outcomes, and study design) approach. The identified studies described the application nanotechnology in wound dressing for ultra-fast wound healing time especially at burn, Dentistry and Oral Surgery, and pressure wounds, control bacterial growth in chronic wound, and prevention scare in deep and chronic wound. Collected data confirmed the safety and efficacy of nano-particle such as ceo۲, silver, polycaprolactone, starch-borne fibers, silk-fibroin, Polycaprolactone/Gelatin, Chitosan, Hydrocolloid, collagen, polyettilen oxide, Trigonella foenum, Polycaprolactone/Gelatin/Polydimethylsiloxane Hybrid Nanofibers. This study showed that nanotechnology is very useful, effective, and cost benefits at wound management and wound healing
