چکیده مقاله:
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Human Resource Management (HRM) has emerged as a transformative trend, revolutionizing workforce management and strategic upskilling practices. This bibliometric analysis examines the research landscape of AI in HRM, focusing on implementation trends, challenges, and opportunities. Using VOSviewer and data from Scopus, ۱۶۰ articles published between ۲۰۲۰ and ۲۰۲۴ were analyzed to identify key themes, authors, journals, and geographical contributions. The findings highlight the increasing research output, with a notable surge in ۲۰۲۴, driven by advancements in AI technologies and their applications in recruitment, workforce analytics, and performance management. While the United States leads in research contributions, the global distribution underscores the international and interdisciplinary nature of this field. Ethical challenges, such as algorithmic bias and data privacy, along with the need for upskilling HR professionals, remain critical areas of focus. This study provides valuable insights for researchers and practitioners to navigate AI adoption in HRM, fostering innovation and addressing workforce challenges in a data-driven, ethical, and inclusive manner.
