چکیده مقاله:

This research explores how e-learning, e-leadership, and work-life balance impact employee performance during the COVID-۱۹ pandemic, with motivation as the mediating variable. This addresses a research problem that focuses on how to improve employee performance while working remotely during a global pandemic for the sake of employees and their employers. Data was collected through the use of descriptive-survey methods (structured questionnaire) with a sample population of ۲۰۷ employees and managers from a health insurance company in Tehran. The experimental study administered a computerized confirmatory factor analysis and a structural equation modeling approach to assess how well the proposed relationships among e-learning, e-leadership, work-life balance, motivation, and performance (directly or indirectly) fit the observable data. The results indicate that e-leadership and work-life balance are statistically significant predictors of employee performance, and that motivation is a significant mediating variable. In addition, the study showed there was a significant positive connection to motivation (independent of employee e-learning experience) with performance that can be attributed to e-leadership and work-life balance. Therefore, the results illustrated that e-leadership and work-life balance have a positive effect on employee motivation and performance. The results also suggest the essential position that adaptive leadership and a balanced work-life meaningful experiences position employee motivation and productivity on the job during a global pandemic. This study makes unique contributions to human resources and organizational behavior knowledge area around working in a socially distant environment. It also provides useful approaches for organizations seeking to promote employee performance during a global pandemic crisis. Future studies can expand testing of these relationships across other cultural or industry settings to extend the application of findings.
