In an era marked by volatile markets, cyber threats, and global disruptions such as pandemics and climate-induced disasters, Business Continuity Management (BCM) has emerged as a crucial pillar for organizational survival. However, the ethical dimension of BCM is often overlooked. This article explores the intersection of business ethics and BCM, emphasizing the importance of ethical principles in managing disruptions, breakdowns, and cyberattacks. Drawing on real-world case studies and scholarly research, the article underscores how ethical decision-making, stakeholder transparency, data privacy, and leadership integrity contribute to long-term sustainability and trust during crises.
