Synthesis of Yttrium doped CsPbCl۳ perovskite nanoparticles

Lead halide perovskite nanocrystals exhibit excellent tunable emissions covering the entire visible spectral region for optical applications. In this study the effect of Yttrium (Y) dopant on the structural of CsPbCl۳ nanoparticles is studied. XRD results showed that CsPbCl۳ nanoparticles were cubic perovskite structure and without impurities. By Y doping the crystallinity structure increased and the size of nanoparticles decreased.
