Synthesis of cellulose nanocrystals functionalised with phosphoric acid and citric acid from the vastago of musa sp.

Nanocellulose crystal have wide application in the industry due their propierties, a methodology to obtention of nanocllulose from moss stems a insdustrial scale have been developed from Phosphoric and citric acid functionaliz ation. Cellulose nanoparticles were synthesised by conventional hydrolysis (CH) and high intensity ultrasound (HIU) by steam explosion (SE), both nanoparticles were characterised by DLS and AFM techniques. Potentiometric determination reveals yields of ۲۴%, ۵۹.۷% and ۳۲% respectively.
