Facile fabrication of Nanostructured CeO ۲ via a Green Way

In this research, nanostructured CeO۲ was prepared by a new and simple green chemistry route. The role of some preparation factors was checked to reach optimum condition. Outcome of this study show that shape and size of the CeO۲ could be substantially influenced by these factors. The as-synthesized nanostructured CeO۲ were characterized with FT-IR, FESEM and XRD. According to the obtained outcomes, it was found that with the help of this new route can be prepared homogeneous nanostructured CeO۲. The photocatalyst performance of as-synthesized nanostructured CeO۲ was also checked by elimination of the organic pollutant under visible light.
