چکیده مقاله:

In this research, in order to develop polymer nano porous structure for wound dressing applications, nano porous structures with high porosity such as Metal Organic Framework (MOF) was used as the base material and low and medium molecular weight chitosan was used to form polyelectrolyte nanocomposite. MOF with high porousity properties and water absorption has been chosen to provide moisture and facilitate the wound healing process. Therefore, chitosan was also added due to its antibacterial properties and its important role in wound healing, and in combination with MOF, it has created a suitable polyelectrolyte due to having and creating very good crosslinks. Also, in order to increase the stability and mechanical properties of the nano porous structure, and also glutaraldehyde has been used as a cross-linking agent and tannic acid has been used as a nano composition stabilizer. Tannic acid also helps to improve the final structure and increase its shelf life. To evaluate the physical and biological properties of this nanostructure, various tests such as wetting and swelling to evaluate the amount of water and moisture absorption, XRD, FT-IR to analyze the chemical structure and bonds, and tensile test to measure the tensile strength and modulus Elasticity or the size of the elastic field of the structures was carried out. In addition, antibacterial tests have been carried out in order to investigate and evaluate the disinfection properties and MTT (cytotoxicity) tests to measure the toxicity and cellular compatibility of the nano porous structures.
