چکیده مقاله:
The first part of the article introduces the significant role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in optimizing building energy consumption amidst rising urbanization and energy demands. It outlines how modern buildings account for a substantial portion of global energy usage and discusses the need for efficient energy management in light of climate change and environmental sustainability challenges. The introduction establishes AI as a transformative tool that leverages machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics to analyze real-time and historical data, thereby enabling dynamic adjustments in systems such as HVAC and lighting. Subsequent sections detail AI-driven Energy Management Systems (EMS) and various machine learning algorithms—including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning—that underpin these systems. These sections emphasize how predictive analytics and real-time data integration, often via IoT sensors, allow for automated control and adaptive responses, ultimately reducing energy waste, operational costs, and carbon footprints in buildings.
