چکیده مقاله:
There is a strong contrast between Islamic views and feminist teachings about the origin and source of personality characteristics of a person (male and female) and the difference between these characteristics and the reason for the differences. There is no doubt that these characteristics are different, which creates a difference between the rights and family and social roles of men and women. If men and women are different from each other in terms of existence and human capacities in physical, instinctive, emotional, and cognitive dimensions, they will definitely be different within the family system and even social life in terms of playing family roles and enjoying family and social rights; but a very important point that creates a serious contrast between Islamic teachings in the prophetic tradition and feminist views is that feminism considers these differences to be the result of human sociality. From the point of view of feminism, all personality differences between men and women are created by society and education, and the patriarchal society in order to enclose the woman within its self-made fence and use her for patriarchal demands, tries to build the character of the woman and shape her cognitive, emotional and instinctive dimensions in order to achieve her family and social goals based on the use of these self-made characters. But a problem called the nature and innate characteristics of man is mentioned in prophetic teachings. In the view of Islam, the doctrine of nature deals with a series of characteristics and capacities both common and specific to men and women. According to this view, men and women as human beings have a series of common natures such as a sense of morality, religiousness, sense of aesthetics, passion for scientific discovery and understanding the truths of the world, creativity, etc.; But at the same time, these two human beings also have different natural characteristics that are specific to their creation and dignity. None of the common and specific characteristics of men and women are the result of society and education. All these commonalities and characteristics have been embedded by the hand of creation in the existence of men and women so that by using them correctly, man can reach the goals of creation and benefit from his good human life. In this article, an attempt is made to analyze the different characteristics of men and women based on two Islamic and feminist approaches and to reveal their family and social consequences from two legal and functional aspects.
