چکیده مقاله:

Today, specialization, which is considered one of the subcategories of the subject of 'work sharing', is proposed as one of the important indicators of economic progress, and its supporters give an important role in its influence on growth and development; but on the other hand, some people consider negative effects and consequences for this issue and vote to limit it. Opponents of specialization, for example, named one of its most important negative points, alienation and drowning in expertise and distance from others, and believe that this phenomenon became so common that employers increased wages and granted privileges in order to free the workforce from this situation. Such matters have also appeared in Islamic societies with specialization and work sharing, and some thinkers believe that it has had an observable effect in pushing society towards individualism. However, since solving the economic and social problem of the Muslim society requires an intra-religious solution, it is necessary to look for specific criteria according to the verses and narratives in order to achieve a general and intra-religious approach. According to such words, the question of this research is, what are the criteria for specialization in Islamic economics with an emphasis on prophetic teachings, and finally, what is the difference between specialization in Islamic economics and conventional economics? This article, using an analytical-descriptive method and through the library method, has come to the conclusion that in Islam, specialization is of special importance, and working with mastery is one of the most important recommendations of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Also, specialization in Islam has criteria such as: 'creating fair fields', 'proportion with inherent abilities', 'proficiency in action' and 'serving Muslims', and its most important advantage over the conventional economy is the inclusion of 'values' in the concept of 'specialization'.
