چکیده مقاله:

Trade in Islam is one of the basic elements that has led to the progress and economic-social growth of the society and is a precious opportunity for value creation and daily supply, which has always been recommended as one of the blessed actions. Both in the past and today, it is impossible to consider an advanced society in which trade does not play a role as one of its main components; because it assumes a vital role both in meeting the needs of the community in terms of product demand and in selling products for producers in order to generate income. One of the most important principles that have been considered in the view of the beloved Prophet of Islam regarding trade is the observance of the principle of justice in buying and selling; from his point of view, trade with the observance of moral principles and deep belief in meeting the needs of others is the basis for the implementation of justice and such trade is even known as a form of worship. This article tries to use the descriptive-analytical method while examining the position of trade in Islam with emphasis on prophetic teachings and expressing its principles and, in the end, while analyzing the opportunities, facilities, and resources available for trade between Islamic countries, examines the challenges and obstacles in this regard. The results of this research show that in the eyes of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH), trade, whether within the borders of a country or in the international arena, provided that it respects the rights of others, fairness and honesty in transactions, trustworthiness, avoiding false advertisements and not hoarding, is considered a pure and honorable occupation and by turning these conditions into social and international laws, it can significantly improve economic and social security and peace and friendship both within a country and among different societies.
