چکیده مقاله:
The legitimacy of primary jihad is considered an essential principle in the old texts of Islamic jurisprudence. In Islamic jurisprudence, the goal of the primary jihad is to bring the infidels to Islam, which is referred to as the 'Jihad of invitation', but later jurists have presented two other theories about this and have doubted the validity of the previous theory. In the second theory, the goal of primary jihad is considered to be the expansion of the geography of the Islamic government, and the third theory proposes the prevention of jeopardizing the security and stability of Muslims as the goal of primary jihad. Examining these three theories about the primary jihad has become a key and influential issue in many contemporary issues of the Islamic world. In this research, we use reliable historical data and analysis of the deeds and life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) to prove that the invitation to accept Islam cannot be the goal of the primary jihad and this interpretation is not compatible with various evidences.
