چکیده مقاله:
Conflict is among the concepts that are rooted in human life. The formation of human societies and the presence of humans in social groups have always caused conflict. Based on this, extensive studies and researches have been conducted in various fields of management and conflict management. Nevertheless, the issue of conflict has been paid less attention from the international point of view based on religious teachings, especially the religion of Islam. Islam, as the most perfect and the last divine religion, with close to one and a half billion followers and fifty Muslim countries in the arena of the international system, has presented orders and rules to Muslims that these rules are available in Islamic texts and Muslims can manage conflicts by using them. In this article, an attempt has been made to collect and analyze conflict management in the international environment from the point of view of Islam, the Qur'an, Nahj al-Balagha, the tradition of the Prophet (PBUH), and the lifestyle of the infallible imams (PBUH). In this research, using library sources and descriptive-analytical method, conflict management styles are divided into two scientific dimensions of liberal and Islamic discourse. The results of this research showed that the styles of conflict management from the scientific point of view of the liberal discourse flow are based on human-centeredness and attention to individual interests and have five styles of cooperation, competition, adaptation, avoidance, and compromise, but Islam, as a religion and a dynamic and efficient ideology, has put forth styles based on God-centeredness and includes the styles of negotiation, Talif-e Qoloub, jihad and defense in the face of today's conflict management, which is affected by the domination of Western thinking on the international space, and Islamic countries can use them in their diplomacy and achieve favorable success in the field of international relations and foreign policy.
