چکیده مقاله:

Disability is an event that can happen to any person at any moment. The largest minority of the country, in a social division, is the disabled community. From the perspective of rehabilitation, disabilities are divided into three categories: mental, emotional, and physical. Physical disability is divided into four categories: motor, visceral, sensory, and old age. The World Health Organization defines 'disability' as a broad spectrum of impairments, activity limitations, and participation limitations. The ideal position of these strata needs a presupposition that the maximum needs of this stratum should be provided. The purpose of this research is to examine the ideal society of disabled people based on prophetic teachings. The method of this research is citing and using relevant sources. The findings of the research show that the mechanism of dealing with the affairs of the disabled, which is frequently mentioned in Islamic teachings as supporting them, should be closely related to the instructions and clarifications in Islam. In the view of the prophetic lifestyle, man is defined by his own thoughts, soul, and beliefs, not by his body, the body is an object of the levels of existence and is perishable in front of the truth of the soul. The body is only a stage of the emergence of the human soul, according to the great figures in Islamic philosophy and mysticism, the body is the first natural perfection of the soul in which the soul perfects itself. The fact that some people in society see disability as being unable is rooted in their incomplete understanding of self-knowledge. The result of this research shows that the best leadership model for managers and officials in order for the disabled to achieve their rights is the prophetic way and infinite and divine prophetic teachings. From the point of view of the prophetic way, any limitation and deprivation that humans face, whether this limitation is a deficiency in wealth, such as economic bankruptcy, or a deficiency in life, such as physical disability, is actually the basis for their growth and prosperity. The limitation that is in the body of many people and is called disability is actually a blessing from God, it is an opportunity to be freed from the prison of the body.
