چکیده مقاله:

Cancer is the uncontrolled proliferation of cells and population explosion is the unchecked proliferation of humans. The problem of population increase along with other socio-economic and cultural factors has fueled the educational crisis in third-world countries. Population control has been a topic of discussion for centuries, and various methods have been explored and implemented throughout history. Population control seeks to implement social justice to establish the balance of birth in different strata of society. The population should increase as much as possible and according to the resources of that region so that society does not suffer from various crises. Population control can be strongly criticized in terms of religion and culture, so in this research, by presenting a model for developing countries about water resources and a model for developed countries about financial resources, a very calm and safe path with the least social and natural damage was presented. Developing countries must first control their population based on available water resources and per capita water consumption. After development, which means that the water crisis is no longer a problem, they should consider their population policies based on financial resources and the number of subsidies paid to increase the level of social welfare and individual development of people.
