چکیده مقاله:
Today, infertility has become a global issue affecting various societies. According to official statistics, approximately ۵۰ to ۸۰ million infertile couples live worldwide. Infertility can arise from various causes, with the most apparent being disorders in women's ovulation and men's spermatogenesis. Infertility leads to profound psychological, social, economic, and emotional issues. In many cases, even when the man is the primary cause of infertility, the psychological burden falls on the woman, leading to unpleasant emotions for her. Notably, the cause of male infertility is only diagnosable in ۴۰% of cases, while ۶۰% remain undiagnosed. Studies have shown that infertility creates ۹۳% stress for the spouses of infertile men, which intensifies the daily relationship tensions for women with infertile partners. Given that infertility has become a global concern, its treatment is of significant importance. Sometimes, infertility treatment can take years, and from the outset, it brings substantial psychological, financial, and cultural burdens for couples. It is suggested that policymakers implement social, economic, and cultural support programs regarding infertility, as addressing this issue is crucial for societal development, ultimately leading to increased fertility rates and aiding infertility treatments.
