چکیده مقاله:

The extraction of cationic surfactant, used as a templating agent in the production of mesoporous silica material (MCM-۴۱), was accomplished through supercritical fluid extraction with CO۲ and methanol as a co-solvent. The effects of various operating parameters, including pressure (۱۰۰-۲۲۰ bar), temperature (۴۰-۶۵°C), static time (۳۰-۱۳۰ minutes), and the flow rate of carbon dioxide (۰.۰۵-۰.۲۲ cc/s), on the efficiency of the extraction process were investigated. The results indicated that the optimal conditions for maximizing the extraction of the templating agent were a static time of ۱۱۰ minutes, a carbon dioxide (CO۲) flow rate of less than ۰.۱ cc/s, a pressure of ۱۷۰ bar, and a temperature of ۶۰°C. The structure of the mesoporous material and the amount of surfactant extracted were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), respectively.
