چکیده مقاله:
Educational conflicts management is one of the key factors in creating effective and sustainable learning environments. Conflicts, as a part of human interactions in educational environments, can lead to constructive results. This article aims to comprehensively review and analyze new approaches in educational conflicts management, examining conflicts from the theoretical stage to practical implementation. Initially, conflicts in educational environments were studied, including conflicts between teachers and students, among colleagues, and within families and schools. Factors contributing to conflicts such as cultural differences, organizational structures, and weaknesses in communication were analyzed. The article continues by introducing new methods of conflicts management, including improving communication skills, educational mediation, using digital technologies, conducting case studies, and analyzing experiences. Results indicate that these new approaches not only reduce conflicts in educational environments but also improve learning quality, increase teacher and student job satisfaction, help achieve sustainable development goals in educational systems, and provide recommendations for policymakers and educational managers to effectively implement these approaches.
