چکیده مقاله:

The generated titanium Butoxide aerosol was deposited on the glass substrate and formation polycrystalline nano-layers of TiO۲. The substrate was heated up to ۴۰۰°C in air. Heat treatment has a change in morphology, crystallinity, porosity, and shows a decline in surface area. There is a loss of surface hydroxyl groups and inducing phase transformation. The films were annealed at ۶۰۰, ۷۰۰, ۸۰۰ and ۱۰۰۰ °C again in atmospheric media. The structure and formed phases in the TiO۲ films were characterized using X-ray diffraction, Raman Spectroscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy systems. The analysis verifies that the phase transformation of nano-size TiO۲ grains in the films from amorphous to crystalline and from anatase to rutile phase has taken place. The transformation occurred by substrate temperature increment and evolved by annealing the films upon heating.
