چکیده مقاله:

Globally, the number of female infertility cases has been rising at an alarming rate. However, it has been established that oxidative stress is one of the primary causes of female infertility, leading to a number of reproductive disorders in women, including PCOS, preeclampsia, spontaneous miscarriage, and inexplicable inability to conceive. As a natural method of reducing oxidative stress and increasing fertility, worried women today favor diets with antioxidant qualities over synthetic medications. Thus, the current research aims to investigate the effectiveness of several natural antioxidant chemicals, such as vitamin E, vitamin C, and vitamin A, and carotenoids in enhancing female fertility. The current article's summary of recent research might open the door to the creation of potential novel antioxidants. The current article's summary of recent research might open the door to the creation of a novel antioxidant treatment for female infertility. In both natural and assisted reproductive contexts, it has been discovered that natural antioxidant molecules, which are present in fruits, vegetables, and other dietary sources, can effectively reduce oxidative stress-mediated infertility issues whether taken alone or in combination with additional antioxidants. Even though optimal quantities of vitamin E, vitamin C, and vitamin A have shown positive outcomes, consuming too much of them can have negative health effects.
