چکیده مقاله:

Objective: The aim of the present study is to compare the forces acting on the ankle joint at initial contact (IC) in patients with cardiovascular disease. Introduction: Gait analysis in chronic heart failure: The calf as a locus of impaired walking capacity. Fausto A. Panizzolo۲۰۱۴. Kinematic Gait Analysis Using Inertial Sensors with Subjects after Stroke in Two Different Arteries. (Bruno Fles Mazuquin۲۰۱۷) Cardiovascular disease (CHF) is the most common cause of complications and mortality worldwide, and accurate early diagnosis is a key point for improving and optimizing the prognosis of CHF. Materials and Methods: ۲۰ patients with cardiovascular disease were selected for this study. Lower extremity data was collected in cardiovascular disease patients as well as parameters using the dominant leg during walking using a ۳D motion analysis system and a force plate. For the collection of kinetic data, a Kistler plate neurometer made by Kishor Swiss with a sampling frequency of ۱۰۰۰ Hz was used. Five Basler video cameras made by Kishore Germany and with a frequency of ۲۰۰ Hz were used. SPSS version ۲۳ software, independent t-test, and Mann-Whitney U test were used to analyze the results at a significance level of (P > ۰.۰۵). Results: The present study results showed a significant difference in the maximum ankle angle in the sagittal plane, with a mean (P = ۰.۰۲۵) and maximum (P = ۰.۰۰۱), and no significant differences were observed in other planes. The mean and maximum values of the ankle joint angle were higher. The minimum ankle joint power in the horizontal plane was different (P = ۰.۰۴۴). Conclusion: It seems that changes in angles in the sagittal plane and along the lateral axis are directly related to the occurrence of orthopedic injuries such as lower extremity injuries. It is suggested that rehabilitation programs in other groups of cardiovascular patients and in different age groups be carried out under the supervision of cardiovascular specialists with more interventional exercises to prevent secondary injuries.
