Environmental reduction and zero carbon determination program in the construction industry that should be important. Retrofitting and existing structures instead of demolition and renovation can be a solution to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This research aims to develop a decision-making based on Building Information Modeling (BIM), providing a method for evaluating, analyzing and selecting the most optimal retrofitting and renovation options. The joint system, by utilizing life cycle simulation, energy consumption and materials management, enables sustainable decision-making. The results show that this system can be used to improve environmental performance, reduce operational costs and pave the way to achieving zero carbon goals.
