چکیده مقاله:
Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain, despite their vast opportunities, also pose numerous challenges to public rights. This article examines the impacts of these technologies on public rights from the perspective of Imami jurisprudence and analyzes the ethical and legal challenges associated with these technologies. In this regard, examples of AI and blockchain usage in Islamic countries and Iran are reviewed. The jurisprudential analysis of these cases indicates that the use of these technologies requires precise and appropriate regulations that can harness their benefits while preventing potential negative impacts. Additionally, this article explores how to maintain privacy, justice, and accountability in the use of AI and blockchain, demonstrating that Imami jurisprudence, with its comprehensive principles and rules, can help regulate and manage the use of these technologies to achieve social justice and protect public rights. These studies show that the development and application of these technologies should be carried out with careful oversight and necessary adjustments to prevent discrimination and inequality. Moreover, the article highlights the importance of drafting comprehensive and transparent laws to address potential challenges and ensure the ethical and responsible use of these technologies. By emphasizing the principles of Imami jurisprudence, the article offers recommendations for improving policies and regulations related to AI and blockchain.
