چکیده مقاله:

Stadiums are modern structures made to host leisure activities for all ages, including youth and the elderly. In this article an attempt has been made to explore shell structures and substitute new forms and modifications of covering stadiums on the previous instances and understanding of the design process. Shell structures were used in construction for an extended period of time, and they looked gorgeous in addition to spanning over large columnless spaces like stadiums. They will therefore address both pragmatic and aesthetic concerns. Of all the variables that influence architecture, the realm of aesthetics and art ought to be regarded as the most crucial element in establishing a person's identity, and this has always been one of the most contentious ideas in the history of human culture and the arts. So they (shell structures) ranked among the most attractive types of structures. It is important that these structures remain stable in the face of forces like wind and earthquakes. Yoyogi National Stadium's roof architecture, a masterwork of shell roofs with a formal beauty designed by Kenzo Tange, was chosen as a case study and subsequently assessed through the process of resource analysis.
