چکیده مقاله:

Alzheimer's disease has a significant impact on cognitive and social functioning, often resulting in social isolation and decreased quality of life. Architectural design can significantly influence social behavior among Alzheimer's patients by creating environments that promote social interaction and well-being. This systematic review delves into recent research on how architectural design elements such as familiar settings, sensory stimulation, communal spaces, and safe outdoor areas can improve social behavior in Alzheimer's patients. The findings underscore the importance of developing dementia-friendly environments that encourage social engagement and enhance quality of life. These insights, guide architects and healthcare professionals in creating supportive environments for Alzheimer's patients.
