چکیده مقاله:

Parking management, as a critical component of urban mobility, has a profound impact on traffic flow, environmental sustainability, and the quality of urban life. With the rapid growth of population and urban development, the need for efficient parking management solutions has become more pressing than ever. Inefficient parking systems not only lead to increased traffic congestion and air pollution but also waste significant time for drivers. In this regard, smart parking management systems based on advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have emerged as innovative solutions. These systems, by collecting and processing real-time data, provide users with information such as parking occupancy status, optimal routes, and associated costs. Additionally, AI can help optimize the use of parking spaces by predicting parking demands at different times. This article examines the role of IoT and AI in smart parking management and their impact on improving urban quality of life and reducing traffic-related issues. Furthermore, innovative ideas such as integration with public transportation, dynamic pricing, and accessibility features for disabled drivers are proposed, which can contribute to improving parking management and urban mobility.
