چکیده مقاله:
Self-directed learning makes a person rely on himself in learning and is considered as a learning method and has a sense of responsibility. The aim was to determine the relationship between attitudes toward the use of technology in education and the principles of adult learning with self-directed learning through cognitive flexibility in graduate students of Islamic Azad University, Urmia Branch. The research design was descriptive of correlation. Participants in the study were ۳۲۵ graduate students aged ۲۴ to ۴۰ years who were selected by cluster random sampling method. Data with questionnaires, Attitudes towards the application of technology in education; Principles of adult learning; Self-directed learning and Cognitive flexibility, were obtained. The results showed, there is a positive and significant relationship between research variables, also Self-directed learning and Cognitive flexibility with Attitudes towards the application of technology in education and Principles of adult learning they had a relationship. Self-directed learning with Attitudes towards the application of technology in education and Principles of adult learning via Cognitive flexibility had a relationship. Self-directed learning and Cognitive flexibility by Attitudes towards the application of technology in education and Principles of adult learning were explained. Universities as the custodians of teaching and new learning must be provided by providing facilities to students and introduce them to the basics of learning to teach people based on their favorite learning and by creating different conditions, it has strengthened their flexible spirit and strengthens learning and students strive in this way and achieve lasting learning and be self-directed.
