چکیده مقاله:
This research aims to evaluate the preparedness of hospitals to deal with natural disasters, utilizing multi-criteria decision-making models (Bayesian BWM and VIKOR) to identify and prioritize influential factors. The evaluation criteria include six main categories: hospital buildings, equipment, communications, transportation, staff, and flexibility, along with their related sub-criteria. Data collected from ۱۵ hospitals were analyzed, revealing that Atieh Hospital (Sa’adatabad) and Nikan Hospital (Niavaran) demonstrated the highest levels of preparedness, while Yas Hospital (Shush Street) and Shohada ۷th Tir Hospital (Molavi) showed the lowest readiness. The results indicate that strong physical infrastructure, advanced medical equipment, skilled emergency response teams, and regular drills play a key role in enhancing hospital preparedness. Conversely, a lack of equipment, communication challenges, and insufficient planning are the main obstacles to improving hospital readiness. This research provides practical solutions for enhancing hospital preparedness and can serve as a practical model for hospital managers and relevant organizations to improve disaster management plans.
