چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of the current research is to design an organizational agility model in educational organizations. The research method is combined. Delphi technique was used in the qualitative part and structural equation modeling was used in the quantitative part. The tool for collecting qualitative data was semi-structured interviews and quantitative data was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Based on similarities and differences and qualitative content analysis, codes and indicators identified in the form of six main components; Cultural factor, service factor, process factor, knowledge factor, management factor and human factor were classified. In the quantitative part, the relationship between dimensions and variables was confirmed by using two softwares, Spss۲۲ and Lisrel, and it was found that the fit indices of the measurement model were in the acceptance area and this indicated the good fit of the model and the alignment of the proposed components with organizational agility. So, the constituent components of the organizational agility variable are significant at the % ۹۹ confidence level and in the form of a conceptual model together, they confirm the organizational agility variable correctly. Therefore, it is concluded that the overall model has a high fit.
