چکیده مقاله:

A review of numerous previous studies has revealed that many barriers exist in the processes and operations of organizations and companies that hinder organizational agility. Therefore, for the implementation of the Lean Green Agile Manufacturing System (LGAMS), we focus on identifying and analyzing implementation barriers such as lack of managerial commitment, fear and resistance to change, financial constraints, and more. In this paper, a proposed method is introduced by integrating multi-criteria decision-making techniques to process collected data from an industrial company in Qazvin province regarding the barriers to LGAMS implementation. The proposed method combines Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATL) to prioritize the barriers and identify the most critical ones. The proposed approach is structured into three main steps: ۱. Identifying the relevant barriers to LGAMS implementation. ۲. Applying the DEMATEL method to analyze the interrelationships among the barriers. ۳. Using ANP-derived weights to rank the barriers based on their impact. The prioritization results using the DEMATEL method indicate that out of the ۱۳ examined barriers, three — B۷: Technical Constraints, B۹: Poor Communication, and B۱۲: Weak Design and Infrastructure — have zero influence and are thus excluded. Meanwhile, B۱: Lack of Managerial Commitment and B۴: Lack of Training and Education are interrelated with all other barriers. Furthermore, based on the final ANP weights, B۱: Lack of Managerial Commitment and B۴: Lack of Training and Education are identified as the most critical barriers, whereas B۳: Financial Constraints and B۶: Changing Customer Demands are of lower priority and significance.
