چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, necessitating innovative approaches to its management. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into healthcare has emerged as a promising avenue for enhancing the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of CVD. This systematic review aims to synthesize existing literature on the role of AI in the management of cardiovascular disease, highlighting its potential benefits and challenges. Aim: The primary objective of this review is to evaluate the effectiveness and applicability of AI technologies in various aspects of cardiovascular disease management, including risk assessment, diagnostic accuracy, treatment personalization, and patient monitoring. Methodology: A systematic literature search was conducted across multiple databases, including PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane, and Google Scholar, using keywords such as 'cardiovascular disease,' 'diagnosis,' 'treatment,' 'care,' 'artificial intelligence,' and 'GBT chat,' to identify relevant studies published between ۲۰۱۴ and ۲۰۲۳. Inclusion criteria encompassed research articles published in English or Persian with accessible full texts. Articles that were unnamed, undated, unrelated, or published in invalid journals were excluded. Following the PRISMA guidelines, ۳۱ articles were selected for analysis, and the findings were systematically categorized and reported. Data were extracted and analyzed to assess the impact of AI on clinical outcomes, workflow efficiency, and patient engagement. Results: The review identified ۳۱ studies that met the inclusion criteria. Findings indicate that AI algorithms, particularly machine learning and deep learning models, significantly improve diagnostic accuracy for conditions such as heart failure and arrhythmias. Additionally, AI-driven tools have shown promise in predicting patient outcomes and personalizing treatment plans, leading to enhanced patient management and reduced healthcare costs. Conclusion: The integration of artificial intelligence in the management of cardiovascular disease presents substantial opportunities for improving patient care and clinical outcomes. However, challenges such as data privacy, algorithm transparency, and the need for clinical validation must be addressed to fully realize the potential of AI in this field. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies and the development of standardized protocols to facilitate the widespread adoption of AI technologies in cardiovascular healthcare.
