چکیده مقاله:

Hospitals are in a special position in terms of knowledge management, and nurses, as one of the great sources of knowledge, are important elements of knowledge transfer in the learning process. Knowledge and learning are two new strategic factors in order to promote professional identity and self-esteem in nurses. This research was conducted with the aim of modeling the relationship between knowledge management and professional identity and self-esteem in nurses.
