چکیده مقاله:

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are any tissue damage, such as repeated stress over a long period or as a result of momentary and acute blows to the skeletal-muscular system and nerves, which disrupt the functioning of these organs. These disorders are one of the common health problems and the main cause of disability. Office workers spend a lot of time in the work environment; So ergonomic risk factors also cause damage to the neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, and fingers due to working with a computer. The present study aimed to determine the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among office workers using methods of rapid office strain assessment (ROSA) and Cornell musculoskeletal discomfort questionnaires (CMDQ).
