چکیده مقاله:

Cerebral palsy (CP) is one of the most common permanent non-progressive disorders characterized by motor function and posture that are developing due to interference, lesion, or abnormality. CP is the most common motor disability in children with ۲ per ۱۰۰۰ live births in developed countries. There are causes for CP. Due to the complex etiology of cerebral palsy, the pathological changes in the brain are powerful. Traditional, non-pharmacological rehabilitation treatments, drug interventions, and surgery have little effect on the treatment of cerebral palsy. Further studies suggest that cell therapy as a potential treatment for CP may naturally treat CP due to the multidirectional differentiation potential and transfer capabilities of stem cells. Therapeutic cells in cerebral palsy use stem cells to repair and stimulate damaged brain cells and tissues. Research continues to investigate the effectiveness of cell therapy for the treatment of this disease, and there is conflicting evidence, our review article focuses on the treatment with the help of cell therapy in cerebral palsy.
