Validation of the Delirium Care Critical-Thinking Scale in ICU Nurses

Delirium is a state of impaired consciousness and perception that is particularly common in ICU patients. Nurses in this unit deal with numerous challenges, such as job stress and heavy workloads, and managing patients with delirium requires critical thinking and decision-making skills. There is a need for a scale that can effectively assess the challenges nurses face in caring for these patients. Therefore, this study aimed to validate the Delirium Care Critical-Thinking Scale in ICU Nurses.
