The impact of telenursing interventions on the caregiving burden of parents of children with congenital heart disease : A systematic review study

Congenital heart disease is a leading cause of infant mortality, demanding intensive care. Parents of children with CHD face significant caregiving burdens. Telenursing, as a novel care delivery strategy, offers potential benefits for parents Despite numerous studies investigating the effectiveness of telenursing for caregivers of children with CHD, a systematic review to synthesize and evaluate these studies has not been conducted. Therefore, researchers aimed to conduct a systematic review to comprehensively assess the impact of telenursing interventions on the caregiving burden of parents of children with CHD.
