چکیده مقاله:
The operational lifespan of electrical equipment is strongly influenced by temperature, which affects its reliability and performance. Elevated temperatures accelerate critical degradation processes such as insulation breakdown and thermal fatigue, leading to a marked reduction in equipment longevity. This study systematically examines the impacts of constant high temperatures, temperature fluctuations, and thermal cycling on transformers, motors, and control systems under various conditions. Using a combination of experimental data and predictive modeling, the research identifies key thermal stressors and their effects on equipment aging and failure rates. Results indicate that prolonged exposure to high temperatures can reduce component lifespans by up to ۴۰%, while the implementation of effective thermal management strategies, including controlled cooling systems, mitigates these effects significantly. This highlights the necessity of integrating proactive thermal management solutions to enhance equipment durability, optimize maintenance schedules, and improve overall thermal resilience in operational environments. The findings provide a robust framework for designing systems that prioritize both efficiency and longevity under thermal stress.
