This article delves into how artificial intelligence (AI) can significantly improve decision-making in various Iraqi industries. Using case studies, we explore advanced modeling techniques including linear regression, random forests, and support vector machines, focusing on key sectors, including manufacturing, oil and gas, and agriculture. This research shows that AI enhances predictive accuracy and provides valuable insights, boosting operational efficiency and strategic planning. This study highlights how customized AI solutions can tackle specific challenges in Iraqi industries, optimizing resources and improving production forecasts. The random forest model, in particular, outperformed others in the manufacturing sector, underscoring the importance of selecting the right algorithms. As Iraqi industries face a rapidly changing economic environment, adopting AI presents an essential opportunity for innovation and competitiveness. This study calls for a focused approach to developing infrastructure, investing in talent, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Ultimately, AI is positioned as a crucial factor for resilience and success in the global market.
