چکیده مقاله:
This paper examines the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on human resource management (HRM). As AI technology rapidly evolves, it is reshaping HRM practices, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing decision-making. This study explores various AI applications within HRM, including recruitment and selection, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and HR analytics. Additionally, it assesses the benefits and challenges associated with AI integration in HRM processes. The findings indicate that AI can significantly improve HRM operations, streamline administrative tasks, and enhance employee experiences. However, concerns related to data privacy, algorithmic bias, and ethical considerations must be carefully addressed. Ultimately, this study underscores the increasing significance of AI in HRM and provides valuable insights into its potential implications for organizations and employees.
